This is the second prom experience I have had with this shop. Today shopping for my daughter Emily the whole experience was perfect from start to finish. The lady serving us ( so sorry can’t remember her name) was so experienced She gave us the advice needed - and so much time to be able to walk away with the most amazing dress. The quality of the dress for an amazing price was fantastic. Throughout my daughter felt special - not rushed or compelled to buy . All in all an amazing experience - which as also led to my older daughter looking at your wedding dresses. A perfect day with amazing staff🥰🥰🥰

I had an appointment with Sarah today to look for a wedding dress and I can honestly say she was just amazing! Nothing was too much trouble and she made me feel so welcome and comfortable. She really knows her stuff too and gave me lots of suggestions and ideas and I found the perfect dress for my day - thank you so much!

I met both ladies at the NEC Wedding Fayre in March 2025, and saw the most beautiful dress, I tried it on there at the NEC with the assistance of Sarah and felt wonderful and purchased my dress that day and I was thrilled to know I can have my alterations done at their shop in Sutton Coldfield. At the NEC I also tried a veil on and contacted the shop to book a bridal accessories appointment for last Saturday. It was a wonderful experience, I went with my mom and sister, we were the only ones in the shop, I got to wear my dress again, and I tried several veils on, and was met with such patience off both ladies, they made me feel special, with such a relaxing environment, and the shop is beautiful - Thank you so much for helping me choose the right veil and hair accessories. I can't wait to see you again soon.
